Pelvic Physical Therapy First Visit
$350.00
The Evaluation is the opportunity to go through your pelvic health history and evaluate your pelvic floor. Typically, exams are internal as that is the gold standard for understanding how your pelvic floor is functioning; however, much can be done to help you through only an external exam if preferred. Because the pelvis is the center of the body, many other areas of the body will be assessed based off of your symptoms. With my findings, a unique, individualized plan of care will be tailored for you to achieve your goals.

Dr Chelsea is so much more than a Pelvic Floor PT!! I originally started seeing Dr Chelsea because I didn't feel secure running post partum. Being a very holistic, natural person myself and knowing how connected our bodies are as a whole, I LOVED that the first thing she looked at/worked on were my feet (not straight to the immediate source/pelvis). The knowledge she has given me in just 3 sessions and the difference in how I feel is so much more than what you'll get at other places! After my 3rd session with her yesterday, I am sprinting and running with no pelvic floor issues. She has truly helped me in more ways than I ever imagined before going to see her! If you were on the fence about seeing her, don't be. Just go! I will forever recommend Dr Chelsea to anyone.

Dr. Chelsea has been instrumental in the preparation and healing of my pelvic floor for all of my prenatal and postpartum periods. Her course for labor helped prepare my body for birth and her prenatal care set me up for optimal performance. I have experienced transformative healing with intentional & detailed guidance in the postpartum period. I highly recommend using DPH and Dr. Chelsea’s services. She is a wealth of knowledge with a true heart for her patients!

I went to see Chelsea after delivering my third child. Not only was she able to diagnose the unusual postpartum aches and pains I was experiencing, she made me aware of several other issues that needed to be tended to as well. I could barely walk without pain upon our first meeting and by our sixth and final appointment I was running again. She gave me all the tools I needed to understand my body and how to heal it. I’m about to run a half marathon at only 13 months postpartum and there’s no way I’d be able to do this if it weren’t for her expertise. She’s truly gifted!

I had done tons of research on pelvic floor therapy and even tried an online program before contacting Dr. Chelsea. In my first session with Dr. Chelsea I learned so much! I was so excited to finally get answers and to have a plan to strengthen my pelvic floor after 5 pregnancies. Week after week I continued to show progress and I no longer feel helpless when it comes to my pelvic floor health. My only regret is that I didn’t see Dr. Chelsea sooner!

If I could say one thing about DPH's "How to Get a Baby Out" course it would be to get your hands on it as soon as you see two pink lines! What Dr. Chelsea makes available to us is truly invaluable. Whether you opt for an unmedicated or medicated delivery, she speaks wisdom into your labor prep. Even though this was my second birth, I felt so unprepared. Once I started this course, I began to feel confident in myself both physically and mentally. If you're considering purchasing this course for yourself or a friend, don't hesitate to do so. Learning what to do and when from a Pelvic PT is a gift that gives you nothing to lose, but everything to gain!
