  I am beyond excited that Rebecca Arias has found her way to the Irving Audio Nova office..!!! I have worn hearing aids for almost 39 years... As you can imagine, my hearing has gotten worse over the years, which has resulted in stronger hearing aids. For at least the past 9 years, especially the last 3 years, my aids were never set at the proper hearing settings. Out in real life, I felt like I was in a tunnel or all sounds and speech were too loud, just to describe some issues... Rebecca started at the beginning with a partial hearing test, explaining from my past evaluation why I was not hearing well. After applying the new test to my hearing aids with new earmolds, she adjusted volume higher, but with clarity 👌; these actions all showed her thinking out outside parameters to help my unique situation. Then when Phonak changed hearing programs to only Automatic, Rebecca researched learned how to add a variety of alternative choices to my Phonak app. A true necessity. - Family and coworkers tell me they are not repeating as many words to me when I ask for their assessment. - I am hearing with more clarity than I have in years. - By hearing better, tension has actually lessened in my shoulders. - The program 'Comfort in loud noise' allows me to hear some, yet feel relaxed in a group setting. - My hearing is not perfect, but So Much Better because Rebecca took the time to think through options.. Oh, and let's not overlook Jessica. She is the connector at the front desk. When you text her office, she gets back to you quickly. When I was having so much trouble the past 3 years with other providers at this office, she contacted her supervisors to see how she could help me. No real help until Rebecca, yet Jessica stayed with me in the trenches and told Audio Nova that I was not crazy, I just wanted to hear. So thankful that these ladies love what they do to help people. I am blessed.

  All I am in need of are two new hearing aids, testing information is already there. I do not need anymore testing. They would not sell the hearing aids I need. I have always tried to do business with local services in the area that I live. You must be doing pretty well in your business that you can afford to lose a customer. So I will take my business somewhere else.

  Appreciated the attention to Covid-19 protocol and the quick, efficient service. Would be five stars if the hand sanitizers available for the public contained 70% alcohol instead of just benzalkonium chloride (which is ineffective against Covid-19).
