- KDKrystal Dush1 day ago1.0Went in for my prescription because the drive through was long. I got horrible service from Josefina M. She did not speak even after I spoke. She gave me ugly looks. She opened my prescription bag when she shouldn't have. It was sealed what was your reasoning in opening it. I told her thank you and she rolled her eyes and turned around. Instead of paying attention to the customer she was talking to her Co workers laughing and ignoring me. Literally said one thing to me. What's your date of birth and that was the end of the transaction. I will be transferring my meds to a different heb. Being rude while I'm smiling and being polite. Please do better JOSEFINA M

I drove almost an hour into town and they said oops, it's actually $1,500. I won't be letting these people waste my time again.

He clearly did not read the rx order sent in by her doctor. Now my daughter recieved a vaccine she should of never got and still has to get poked again for the correct vaccine she should have recieved in the first place. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS PHARMACY!

I called in on Monday and they said we don't deliver on Sunday. I guess all their employees don't know that! I thought people just complained but this pharmacy makes a 5 star store look bad I like hutto heb get it together pharmacy
