  I took a survey the was sent back in December. I gave them a great review. The ladies I worked with were compassionate and great to work with. Although I had to go back a few times to get my lenses adjusted and frames changed. The last time I went they again took measurements and I specifically asked where do you need me to look as I had a feeling the glasses had to be adjusted to a viewing point. The lady told me to look at her ear as she was off set to my right by a lot. So when the glasses were marked I looked and said the one lens is way off and it looks like I am cross eyed. She didn't reply. When my husband went to pick up the glasses and I tried them on later that evening. They were way off. My eyes are strained. I was just fed up. About a week or so later I decided to search how these lenses were measured and it specifically says that your eyes have to look straight ahead to get the best measurements. I was not looking straight ahead like I mentioned earlier. I can't keep going back and forth to get these lenses fixed and I do not have another pair to wear while these would be getting adjusted. So now I have a pair that I get headaches and eye strain or and I have to move my head to the direction and adjust my eyes to be able to see from where the marker was placed on the lens. I am just done. Just given up.

  They are WONDERFUL, very easy to talk to, very patient with me making a decision on my frame. Customer service was through the roof. I love everything about my experience today. Great job Vanessa and Edith. If I spelled anyone name wrong I apologize 😁

  We were looking to get my sons 1st soccer glasses. Edith was very patient with us. The first 2 pairs we got kept fogging up. She was very patient with us and helped us figure it out. Highly recommend her and this location! If I could give 1000 stars I would!
