  I don't normally leave reviews, but Sian at the NE Mall LensCrafters absolutely deserves one. From the moment she helped me with my new Meta glasses, the entire experience was outstanding. Her customer service was immaculate, her product knowledge was impressive, and she made the whole process enjoyable from start to finish. The conversation flowed naturally, she was friendly, professional, and made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. In a world where great customer service is becoming harder and harder to find, Sian stands out. Employees like her are the reason customers come back. She is personally one of the main reasons I will continue doing business at this location. LensCrafters is lucky to have her. Thank you, Sian, for making what could have been a routine shopping trip into such a great experience. You are absolutely amazing

  Jessica was very helpful and patient with me, as I was unfamiliar with prescription lenses, especially since I have trouble expressing myself clearly in English.

  Tonya and Brittany were so kind and so helpful! I needed new lenses for my glasses before I leave the country in exactly 2 weeks and I’ll be gone for 20 days. I went in yesterday and they were hopeful they’d get them back in time but couldn’t guarantee it, but I had faith in them! And I’m glad I did! In the middle of getting my new lenses and also a new pair of prescription sunglasses Brittany was reminded that their lab tech would be in tomorrow (now today) and I was able to go in and have the new lenses replaced in my clear glasses on the spot and it only took about 30 minutes! I hope my sunglasses arrive in time, but even if they don’t make it back in time for my trip I at least have my new lenses in my regular glasses and that was the most important part to me, and they got it done! They were also super helpful when I was picking out my new sunglasses frames. I was very unsure on what style to go with and they were honest (in the most kind way) about how the different shapes fit me and helped me find a pair that compliments my face shape best!
