  Horrible service all the way around. I do not recommend Iconic. The exam was the fastest eye exam I have ever had. I do not trust it was even accurate. I paid for both exam for glasses and contacts. I still have never recieved any contacts to try on. They said they were out of samples of my perscription and would order me some. That was almost two weeks ago and they have never called. I have called several times, but they do not answer their phone or return calls from the messages I have left. They had no problem charging my credit card, but I have nothing to show for it. Until I can try on samples of the contacts, they cannot give me contact perscription. I hope the owner sees this review!!

  Booking an eye exam online was very easy. The eye doctor did an amazing job. She showed the pictures of my eyes and said that there is nothing wrong with my eyes since I am Prediabetic. I will be returning next year.
