  This is the second time Ive had a horrible experience here. do not recommended these people at all. I arrived for me and my sons appointment to their office 5 minutes late after circling the mall looking for the parking garage they recommended that I park in when I called them as I was approaching the mall 15 minutes before my appointment. Never found where they said to park, parked somewhere else and walked through the mall and found them. Only to find out they canceled my appointment. I was already dealing with some medical challenges. As a mother i allowed my son to take the other appointment which was rushed. When I asked about a grace period the lady at the front told me there's a 15 minute grace period. I said well its only 5 minutes and she changed what she said. The people next door in the eyeglass part told me there is a 15 minute grace period. Dealing with post partum and my work schedule it took a month to find an appointment for both of us at a time where I could take off of work. I will be making a report if my sons prescription is not correct.

  Technician who checked me in and then did the preliminary exam was extremely friendly, courteous and professional. Dr. Poignard was her usual upbeat self who radiates a caring attitude and ensures she addresses any concerns you may have and provides many options regarding contacts and glass prescriptions. I wish all my doctors had her disposition and caring attitude.

  In and out in 20 mins with script in hand. Got glasses next door and it was super smooth.
