  Dr. Means is amazing! His kind and gentle demeanor combined with his expertise and thoroughness makes him the best! You can tell that you matter to him and he always makes sure you fully understand the findings of your examination. I highly recommend him!

  The entire experience was great, instantly greeted with a smile and kindness from everyone in reception, exams were thoroughly explained, and Jazz is the kindest soul!! Definitely will refer everyone!

  The staff at are all friendly, knowledgeable, and work harmoniously together. For many years now, both my parents and my brother have been seeing Dr. Means. He is a lovely and kind person who has a wealth of knowledge about all things related to eyes! 👀

  I went to see Dr Means as a new patient on 9/14/26. I was in a lot of pain with an infection & swelling in both my eyes. The entire experience was amazing. I called that Monday morning, & was seen that very afternoon! I was pleasantly greeted as soon as I walked through the door. I was given ample time to fill out my new patient paperwork, which, by the way, was a brief one page front and back! I was then immediately brought back by the nurse to do a couple of different eye tests. After that, I only had to wait about 5 minutes before Dr Means came in to see me! He was amazing right from the start. He has a pleasant smile and a warm welcome as he shakes your hand & introduces himself. He is very personable, is easy to speak to, answers any questions you may have, and spends time with you leaving you feeling relaxed not rushed. He examines, diagnoses, and comes up with a solid plan of action. I received a prescription of a combination antibiotic/steroid ointment to apply in my affected eyes. I do not have insurance, so my cost is out of pocket. I was both amazed and happy with the reasonable price I paid. Every staff member I encountered on my visit that day was so friendly and helpful. I want to thank both Dr Means & his staff for going above and beyond my expectations in providing the best quality healthcare for their' patients. I will for sure recommend them to everyone I know, & Dr Means is, without a doubt, my eye doctor from this moment forward! Thank you again Dr Means! 🙏🏻🤍 -Lisa John
