  Always a great experience and good prices and wonderful service. HEB Pharmacy is the standard, bar none. Even better than Costco pharmacy!

  I was hung up on and not called back. Never contacted my dr for refills (on many occasios). I was lied to about when the request was supposedly sent out, but i went up there in person to find out it was actually never even sent. I literally just got told I "misunderstood " when the technician literally gave me false information. All of this happened in the span of 15 min. Thank the gods I didnt need my insulin this time. Incompetence and lack of care on the staff. To be hung up on, lied to and gas lit all in one conversation is absolutely wild. No apology from the pharmacist about the mix up. If I did these things in my role in the medical field I'd get fired. Do better.

  The Groves H-E-B is the best. I love it. It’s my neighborhood H-E-B grocery store with smiling faces and a crisp clean environment.

  I am so happy we switched from Walgreens and CVS. This pharmacy team is responsive, fast, fully staffed, fully stocked and ready to rock! They have my meds stocked and have never given me a partial refill like the other guys. Often when my Dr sends an RX within the HOUR I’m getting a text from HEB that says it’s READY! This is just unheard of pharmacy responsiveness. Please never change your business model, it’s working well!

  Exceptional customer service! I’ve had prescriptions transferred here from other pharmacies and they always handle it quickly , even calling me as soon as everything is ready for pickup. The staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and patient. They even keep little lollipops for the kiddos, which is such a sweet touch. Every experience has been smooth and pleasant. Love my H-E-B Pharmacy!!
