Always a great experience and good prices and wonderful service. HEB Pharmacy is the standard, bar none. Even better than Costco pharmacy!

I was hung up on and not called back. Never contacted my dr for refills (on many occasios). I was lied to about when the request was supposedly sent out, but i went up there in person to find out it was actually never even sent. I literally just got told I "misunderstood " when the technician literally gave me false information. All of this happened in the span of 15 min. Thank the gods I didnt need my insulin this time. Incompetence and lack of care on the staff. To be hung up on, lied to and gas lit all in one conversation is absolutely wild. No apology from the pharmacist about the mix up. If I did these things in my role in the medical field I'd get fired. Do better.

The Groves H-E-B is the best. I love it. It’s my neighborhood H-E-B grocery store with smiling faces and a crisp clean environment.

I am so happy we switched from Walgreens and CVS. This pharmacy team is responsive, fast, fully staffed, fully stocked and ready to rock! They have my meds stocked and have never given me a partial refill like the other guys. Often when my Dr sends an RX within the HOUR I’m getting a text from HEB that says it’s READY! This is just unheard of pharmacy responsiveness. Please never change your business model, it’s working well!

Repeated Pharmacy Errors & Unacceptable Treatment! This is now my third negative experience with H-E-B pharmacies, and I’m honestly shocked at how many serious mistakes I’ve encountered. First, my son was given the wrong medication at the Summerwood location. Because of that, I switched to the Madera Run location when it opened. Not long after, I purchased a medication in bulk, and they gave me the order missing an entire bottle. I had to drive all the way back to pick it up. Last week, yet another issue happened. We got home and discovered that my daughter’s medication bottle was completely empty—an empty bottle sold to us. How does something like that even happen? It’s clear no one checked it before handing it to us. What made the situation worse was the employee’s attitude when I called. Instead of helping, she immediately acted as if I was lying or trying to steal medication. Her response was dismissive and rude: “No, I personally checked that bottle before I gave it to you and everything was there.” That was absolutely not true. I told her they needed to check the cameras and inventory. She then abruptly put me on hold, and the manager finally came on the line. When the manager called me back, she admitted it was their fault—which proves I was telling the truth from the start. I was offered a gift card for the inconvenience, so once again I made the drive back to the store. When I arrived, I expressed how inappropriate the initial treatment was. After everything I went through, the “gift card” balance was $5. Honestly, that felt insulting. I spend a lot of money at H-E-B, and I expect competence and basic respect. Instead, I was judged, dismissed, and inconvenienced multiple times because of errors that should never happen in a pharmacy. The only reason I’ve stayed is convenience, but if one more issue occurs, I’ll be moving both my prescriptions and my grocery shopping elsewhere.
