All the instructors are encouraging and always make me feel comfortable while still motivating me to grow in my practice. I highly recommend the y6 restore classes if you want a good stretch and the y6 hot to test your mental fortitude. The final boss of YogaSix heights is the parking. Finding a spot in this area during peak hours requires a whole new level of divine intervention that no amount of namastes can guarantee. Take it from me and give yourself that extra 15 minutes to circle the block, or you’ll be sprinting into class already warmed up and stressed out.
