Shelby went out of her way to help me select a frame that went with my facial structure, style and prescription. We even had Sean/Shawn (didn't read name tag) weigh in as I was indecisive. He offered an alternate viewpoint which also helped. I appreciated their perspectives and honest inputs. Lynn followed up with lens positioning and was professional and efficient. Overall, I am highly satisfied. Another great purchase at Warby Parker.
