Today I came in store just to fix how the glasses fit me - I have a baby and she keeps playing with my glasses making them “lose” on my face. Everyone in the store acknowledged my presence there saying hello. They put me on a wait list to be helped and Fern helped me fix my glasses and mu son’s. She didn’t have to fix my son’s ones since they were just a silly pair of kids sunglasses from a different store. She did it anyway. Very kind of her!
