I joined this studio not too long ago and have been trying a variety of classes, including Bikram Hot Yoga, Stretch Yoga Therapy, and Pilates. The teachers are wonderful — they meet you right where you are, whether it’s your first class ever or you’ve been practicing for years. The environment is welcoming and completely non-judgmental, and there’s a real sense of connection between teachers and members. After hot yoga, I feel completely relaxed and rejuvenated, while Pilates leaves me feeling activated and toned. With such a great variety of classes, there’s something here for everyone. I’d highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a welcoming place to build a consistent practice.

Urban Fit Yoga is one of those rare places that gets everything right. The Stretch Yoga Therapy classes are top-notch—thoughtful, effective, and challenging in all the right ways. The classes are small, so the instruction feels personal without anyone hovering over you.
What I appreciate most is the atmosphere. It’s genuinely welcoming, down-to-earth, and refreshingly free of that feeling that anyone is trying to “win” at yoga. You can simply show up, work at your own level, and feel comfortable doing it.
They offer a great mix of traditional yoga, stretch classes, and Bikram\-style hot yoga, so there’s plenty of variety. I genuinely look forward to going.
I’ve probably written three Google reviews in my entire life—I’m usually too lazy to bother—but Urban Fit is such a rare find that it felt worth taking the time.

Urban Fit Stretch Yoga Therapy classes have worked wonders for my lower back. This style of yoga, created by owner Wayne Campbell, uses deep, thoughtful stretches that can help relieve many kinds of body pain. For me, it has made a big difference with my lower back. The poses are different from what you might experience in a traditional Hatha yoga class, but every movement is slow and controlled, which helps you feel safe and supported throughout the class. Wayne also talks you through each movement, explaining which parts of the body to engage, so you never feel lost. He keeps an eye on everyone to make sure the poses are done correctly and safely.
The studio itself is clean, comfortable, and well equipped with any props you may need during class. Having access to a private parking lot is also a huge plus—no stressing about finding street parking.
I would absolutely recommend Stretch Yoga Therapy classes—and I already have recommended them to a few friends!
I've been taking classes at Urban Fit Yoga and it's honestly become one of my favorite parts of the week. I've done Stretch Yoga with Wayne, and Bikram Hot Yoga with Andrea, Mary R, and Mary D. Every one of them brings something different to the mat - they're all warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about helping you move safely and get the most out of the practice.
Physically, I feel so much looser after class. My back especially feels more open and relaxed, and that carries through the rest of my day. But it's not just the physical stretch; there's a philosophical stretch too. The classes have a way of settling my mind as much as my body, which I didn't expect when I first walked in.
The studio itself has a great energy. It’s welcoming, unpretentious, and full of people who are there to support each other. I'd recommend Urban Fit Yoga to anyone looking for a place that takes care of both body and mind.

A friend recommended Urban Fit Yoga to me post recovery from suffering a humerus break and surgery.
I had taken a full year off from exercise (except for walking) and working with a physical therapist and really needed help getting back on a regular training schedule.
I came across a “summer special” on line and signed up. I’ve not regretted doing so. I completed my package in less than two weeks and went all in!
Now, well in to month three of membership, I have tried 60 minute Hot Yoga, 90 minute Bikram Hot Yoga 26&2, Pilates, and Yin Yoga.
I have gone from being unable to lift my formally broken arm, to engaging it naturally in daily life.
Actually my entire body seemed to have “frozen” without realization! I have already reached an understanding of what’s tense, what’s relaxed, and my movement impairments.
I’m just beginning I know but I’m very pleased with the efforts of Mary D, Alexandria, Suad, and of course Wayne Campbell. As the owner and lead instructor he really sets the tone for studio. The space is ideal for those searching for a safe gym space where individuals get freedom to move with qualified staff having eyes on health and safety first.
