    To have a personal trainer, a workout plan in a private setting, is just awesome. I am convinced if I wasn't taking strength training, I would have had some bad injuries when I had a couple of falls. Edward is an excellent trainer. He pushes a little bit more each time while encouraging you to do better. I would definitely recommend The Perfect Workout. It is worth it! Thank you Edward.

    I can attest to the results of this workout program and to the value to the clients who put in the very short time twice a week!! I have 8 herniated discs and for YEARS had pain or issues picking things up - NOT ANYMORE - after several months working with Christian and now with Edward, who are both the very best trainers … I no longer hurt; I can carry anything without throwing my back out, and I feel so much stronger. Try a session for free and then commit - you won’t regret it !! 20 minutes 2x a week and I am being transformed !
