Very frustrating situation I was ready to pay every single time I called its either we don’t have your order let’s place it now or its still on the way this circle went on for this whole time. last time I call she says I told you to pay online, she lied. she never said that was the process the entire 6 months, she always said I would pay upon pickup. I call another target optical and they immediately put the order through and I paid got the confirmation right away. This was a hate crime or something intentional. Not sure of the name but pretty sure it was Ms Patience. Im Nishat T.

- JJJorgeAug 21, 20262.0Came here to try out a new place for my contacts but ended up with no contacts and going to my usual eye doctor. They were not helpful at all. I went for my eye exam and after that I informed them on what kind of contacts I wear. They did not have them in stock and gave me a different brand to try out. The new brand felt horrible and uncomfortable. After a month of waiting for a follow up i decided to just go back to my normal eye doctor. Waste of time and not very good customer service
