Totally incompetent office, messed up my contacts order for 6 months calling back and forth from the doctors office and them, false confirmations/promises, tells me the order is placed and I call and they tell me oh I remember you no there’s no order and start it all again. The dr office does the same, inconsistent information. I called today and she says she told me to pay online and that I didn’t pay? She never said that, she said I would have to pay when I come to pick up the order. She also stated every time that target doesn’t deliver. So now I’m no longer even going to be living in this area by the time I get a new order from this place if I ever get one and so I ask her if I can put an order at a different Target so she tells me that yeah everything‘s gonna be in the system and to call another Target. I called other Target. The woman is so pleasant and so quick and she puts my order through. She takes my payment smoothly. It’s not hard to get the pricing, she’s very clear she has everything on file. It’s not hard for her to pull anything up mind you I’ve never even been in person at this other Target before she immediately is able to put my order in and she’s able to ship it to my home. tell me why the previous agent was not able to do this?
