  I had an amazing experience getting my eye exam from Dr. Nguyen. He is fast and thorough. I had the pleasure of working with Nissa when selecting my glasses. She was nice and fun to talk to. When I picked my glasses up Nissa and Kat were super helpful and nice. I enjoy Target Optical on Main Street! I always have a good experience when I go. They also had a buy one get one half off special which was nice!

  It was one of the quickest and yet best eye doctor appointments I’ve ever had. Everyone was super friendly and helped explain everything very well. They also helped explain the breakdown of what my insurance cover and how much I would pay out of pocket and any discounts my insurance offered. I would definitely recommend target optical at south main!

  The best place to get all of your eye wear needs met. Nissa is the best, always tries to get you the best benefit, pricing, and quality. I’m very impressed with the customer service and care. Bless you Target Optical!!

  Purchased prescriptions eye glasses 2026.05.29. Armani Exchange frame AX3077. One of the ear pieces is cracking. I went to the Optical location of the original purchase on 2026.09.06. I was told by the optical associate on site that after 30 days there is nothing they can do. I then asked about the Manufacturer's frame warranty he stated there was none. I am very disappointed, as the associate lied. Per the Target Optical site they have 90-Day Return/Exchange Policy, (although I'm outside that window). However, Armani Exchange has a 1 year warranty on their frames. Target Optical let me down today & I am very dissatisfied with my visit today.

  Called this store so many times right after my order was placed to change the delivery address, never took my calls every day I called until the 26th took hours to locate the tracking number and tell me it delivered the day before to the wrong address. If they had at-least updated me with the tracking number I would have had a way to stop usps from delivering it there. But due to their crappy customer service a simple process like getting a tracking number for a $200+ order is impossible. Online tracking link just said processing not shipped the entire time, the general customer service phone and chat was unable to do anything. Never using Target again for my prescriptions and I loved coming to Target for years for this. Also this is after Eldridge Target Optical played around with my order for 6 months and I had to switch locations - Nishat T
