  Bella or whatever her name is who works the front desk is dismissive and has a bad attitude - extremely unhelpful and is reason enough to never come back to this location, no matter the quality of workout. I’ve been a loyal Soulcycle member for so long and this is truly the worst experience ive ever had.

  Attended my first class today, and I absolutely loved it. I will definitely be back for many more. I enjoyed Catie as an instructor. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

  Did a Sunday morning class for my first time there with Andre and it was phenomenal! Awesome workout, fun place, and really sweet and helpful staff. Looking forward to going back for more classes!

  I came in early but they wouldn’t let me take the class because I wasn’t able to reserve a bike in advance but the took my credit regardless. Others came in and booked a bike on the spot. The class was half empty and they could have figured out a way to get me on a bike for my first time. Not interested in coming back to try again after this.

  Went to Soul Cycle for the first time today and actually loved the vibe and workout in the class. During the workout I thought to myself that I could see myself attending a couple of days a week but upon my departure I was approached by a staff member explaining to me that I would not be permitted to return with my Meta glasses I was wearing as they do not allow videoing. I have no problem with this policy and I’m happy to power off the glasses but they are my only prescription glasses I have at the moment and I’d like to be able to see while I’m working out. However, this employee just continued to say that I would not bee permitted back with my glasses so I won’t be back.
