  Went to Soul Cycle for the first time today and actually loved the vibe and workout in the class. During the workout I thought to myself that I could see myself attending a couple of days a week but upon my departure I was approached by a staff member explaining to me that I would not be permitted to return with my Meta glasses I was wearing as they do not allow videoing. I have no problem with this policy and I’m happy to power off the glasses but they are my only prescription glasses I have at the moment and I’d like to be able to see while I’m working out. However, this employee just continued to say that I would not bee permitted back with my glasses so I won’t be back.

  Signed up with class pass and drove 1 hour for this class. Unfortunately there was a technical error and I never received an email to "activate my bike." As I signed up for this class days in advance, I never received a text or notification that I wouldn't be able to participate. Drove an hour for the receptionist to say my bike wasn't activated and I could come next time. Truly, don't waste your time here. I do indoor cycling everywhere I go, yet there's always some weird rule or requirement at this place. Not the first time I've been turned away by SoulCycle.

  Enjoyed my first class this past Wednesday evening… held by Missy! The front office staff from their greeting and continued support through the session was so amazing. In regard to the expected challenged; cycling. I did not expect to get through class at the rate I did on my first day (back into high intensity cardio). Let’s just say… Missy energy, the ambience, concert (music selection), and motivation she gave was my antidote! I’m looking forward to her future classes…

  I love being part of this studio—the teachers are fantastic, and the class times work really well for my schedule. I also really appreciate that they have showers available, which makes it easy to clean up and go about the rest of my day. I just wish there were more studio locations around. Overall, it’s been a great experience.

  From the moment my close friend and I first stepped into SoulCycle, we fell in love. The atmosphere is truly incomparable. As an athlete who loves a challenge, SoulCycle delivered that and so much more. I made a last-minute decision to attend my third class solo for my birthday on January 16th, and I can’t say enough; they did not disappoint. I almost wanted to cry because of how loved I felt. Being celebrated at 6:30 a.m. like I truly mattered set the tone for my entire day. I’ve already recommended this location to so many family members and friends. From the instructors to the front desk staff, everyone is incredibly kind and welcoming and that goes a long way. For first-time riders, I do recommend arriving early. Being on time is a simple sign of respect for others and the instructor. Thank you again, SoulCycle, for making my 31st birthday so memorable!
