  I’ve been a patient at Precision Eye for over 10 years, and it was an absolute pleasure having Dr. Bui as my provider today. Thank you, Dr. Bui, for being so patient, taking the time to truly listen to my concerns, and thoroughly going over my care with me. It genuinely means a lot. 💜 The young ladies at the front desk were also so sweet, welcoming, and professional. Thank you, Precision Eye, for providing such a wonderful experience.

  The receptionist "Danny" could not be paid to care less if you gave her a million dollars! This female should NOT be the 1st face anyone sees coming into an office. It would be better to use a kiosk. The location inside the mall isn't bad as far as locations go, but what eye doctor's office doesn't have a restroom for patients!?!? This lady told me the nearest restroom was by Nordstrom Rack, & I even had to ask where that was.... After she gave her ridiculous directions.... I thankfully used my brain realizing that there had to be a closer restroom inside the nearby arcade. If you don't have a restroom for Patients... JUST SAY SO!!! But don’t lie and say the nearest restroom in the mall is by Nordstrom Rack…. SERIOUSLY!??! and for the love of all COMMON SENSE... that is so painfully obvious that it isn't common, Don't give your patients a freaking scavenger hunt for directions to the nearest restroom! I'm extremely annoyed with the whole ridiculous situation and total LACK OF ANYTHING CLOSE TO RESEMBLING CUSTOMER SERVICE... Can't speak on the doctor, he seemed nice enough but his front desk help today SUCKS!😩😒😡

  The lady in the front desk was nice enough to help me out form out some questions I was struggling with and the doctor attend me right away it was pretty quick .

  Dr. Bui is excellent! She is very thorough and professional. She is kind and patient and has wonderful patient care manner. We live very far away from her clinic and yet we make the drive specifically to do our exams with Dr. Bui. I highly recommend her. Her office staff is likewise very courteous and professional. We recently had eye exams with a different male optometrist this July because we did not know that Dr. Bui was out on maternity leave. Those exams were a disaster. He was condescending and unprofessional. He did not even do the thorough exam with the eye dilation, retinal imaging and additional eye services that I requested and was willing to pay for separately from my insurance coverage. The same occurred with my daughter’s Exam. I am glad that I was also in the consult room with my daughter during her exam as she is too young to have been able to have dealt with him directly. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, he dismissed both of us. I am glad that when I informed the office staff of what had occurred, they immediately offered for our eye exams to be repeated without cost upon Dr. Bui’s return from maternity. Although we had to wait an additional month for new appointments, all I can say is that it was well worth it to return and that I appreciate how professionally they corrected the problematic experience we had. If I could give Dr. Bui and her office staff more than five stars, I would. Thank you.
