  I was very impressed with the quality of care and their prompt response when I brought my grandson for emergency treatment. While we have used them before for adult services, they are also terrific with kids. They even had a kid friendly examination room and little prizes that quickly took my grandson‘s mind off of his medical issues. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses to Dr. Siler-Fisher provided excellent care and we’re very friendly and helpful.

  Amazing staff, very quick turnaround on the treatment as well. I would like to thank the entire staff for helping me get back on my feet. Special thanks to Audrey she always makes our visits pleasant and makes us feel at ease. Clean peaceful hospital, Modern technology and quick test results. The only Hospital that never triggered my anxiety. Definitely making this my regular treatment location, anyone reading this should too.

  Well looked after by Dr. Mollei and RN Shelly. They took great care of me, complete work up and medications for my pain. I am much appreciative of Post Oak ER and its staff. highly recommend !!

  I have Crohn’s disease and have dealt with many complications that have sent me to multiple ERs, but this was one of the most caring and efficient experiences I’ve had. The staff was incredibly kind, organized, and attentive, and they created a system that made both care and financial processing smooth. The doctor felt like a father in how sweet and reassuring he was, and I was seen and treated quickly. Everything felt well, coordinated and a few steps ahead, especially with insurance and next steps. I’ve dealt with unhelpful front desk staff and nurses elsewhere with no real solutions, but here everyone was proactive and genuinely cared. Highly recommend,when people want to help you, it shows.
