  Nurse Lisa and Dr. Rueda were amazing. There was no wait time, and they made me feel completely comfortable discussing my concerns. They answered all of my questions thoroughly, listened carefully to everything I had to say, and provided excellent care throughout my visit. Before discharging me, they made sure I fully understood everything we discussed and gave me detailed information regarding my care and next steps.

  Very honest and professional faculty. Lady at the front desk eased some of my fear and informed me that there would be no extra bills for facility (I just went in for an infection). Doctor/nurse would bring her in the room or down the hallway so that I would feel comfortable, since I’m a young woman.

  This is a great urgent care. Everyone is so nice and professional. They get you in and out as quickly as they can so no long unnecessary waiting. The dr was so nice and caring a real shift from other doctors I have encountered who barely make small talk. He explained everything clearly to me and even offered for me to contact him directly if I had an additional issues or questions in the next 24 hours.

  Went into Er on 5/2/26 with shortness of breath! The staff was super attentive and took me back immediately and started tests. Ultimately finding 2 blood clots and essentially saving my life!! During the entire process the staff was professional, courteous and compassionate. I have no words to fully show my appreciation but to simply say Thank you. Godbless

  I just want to share my sincere appreciation for an emergency room doctor who truly made a difference during a stressful time. They were incredibly respectful, kind, and compassionate—not only toward me, but especially toward my mom. Their calm attitude and clear communication helped ease our worries, and it was obvious they genuinely cared. Beyond their kindness, they handled everything with great professionalism and skill. We felt we were in very capable hands the entire time. I’m really grateful for the care and attention they provided. Experiences like this remind you how important dedicated healthcare professionals are.
