- BRBrian Van RemmenJun 12, 20262.0Both stars for Dr. Diab, zero stars everything else. I had an excellent experience with the doctor and appointment. The frame fitter was competent but did not provide any input on the frames i chose. When I picked up my new glasses a week later the only person there was indifferent at best, offering no support or asking if they fit or if i needed assistance. The glasses themselves are the cheapest junk glasses i have ever encountered (Sferoflex), the arms connect to the glasses by screws that turn UPWARDS into the arm, and within about 10 times wearing them, the screw had already fallen out.

Staff at this location is very very rude specially the manager she very rude very unprofessional and I think she probably tells her people to be the same way. No smile no welcome no nothing. This place is joke next time go somewhere else. This place sucks. Only one thing is good at this place is the DR DIAB he is very nice and very kind but rest of people very rude, I don’t understand why dr DIAB puts up with these people. Horrible experience. I wish there was option for zero star .
