  I stopped by this location to pick up my contacts on a Saturday. I had to also go to Ross and Dollar Tree next door. I was rushing and left my keys on the counter. I back tracked and came back to Pearle vision but they had closed. I was able to open doors and remote start car but not drive off. I waited in my car for hours until a family member was able to come help me. A lady arrived with keys to this location, I got excited and jumped out thinking an employee had to come back for something. Unfortunately she refused to help me, not sure if it was the color of my skin, Im a black woman. She told me "cant you see I have on pajamas, we are closed, you have to come back Monday" I pleaded with her to just check the counter for my keys and told her I had just came into the store for contacts, she ignored me, walked to her car and drove off. Ive never felt so disrespected. She had no compassion, was able to help and didnt. I am really in shock at just simple human interaction. DISHEARTENING, PROLLY ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES IVE EVER HAD. Will be changing providers and will tell anyone who looks like me go somewhere else. I hope all of her supervisors see this. ----‐---------------------------------------------------------------- Update on Monday June 15th so my keys were on the counter. In response to whoever responded I never asked to enter the building. I simply asked the staff there to look on the counter, pink keys with earphones,I described my keys and told her I am unable to drive my car without my keys,all I wanted was a simple human gesture to check the counter. I stood outside the store the entire time. I guess I looked intimidating and she was afraid of me. She literally treated me like trash. I have reported this up to corporate so they can in fact see if it was "the cleaning crew" didnt look like she was cleaning to me "Cant you see Im in pajamas, we are closed, you have to come back Monday" she appeared to be someone who could help me but chose not to. Protocol shouldn't override customer service.
