  After a long day of unhelpful shopping for glasses at the galleria, Tony Flores at Optica Houston really turned things around for us. He helped us customize Cartier glasses with patience and expertise. No pressure, no hovering—just great service that let us take our time with every detail. Highly recommend working with Tony!

  I’ve never worn glasses before & was looking for some high end frames so I went into optica galleria with and the guy working seemed uninterested in trying to sell or help with anything. Store was empty btw. They even had the high end glasses that I wanted but I decided to get them online instead since the guy was giving good service. When I received my frames I wanted give optica galleria a 2nd chance and get my lenses prescription from here for my frames. I called with some questions about pricing and process of the lenses switch because I’ve never worn glasses before and the guy made me feel dumb for asking questions so I went to the eye gallery instead and paid $150 more than what I would’ve with optica galleria & I have no regrets bc the service was 10 times better. Congrats guy at optica galleria you played yourself.

  I just walked out of this store with an all too familiar feeling. The store employee rushed me as I was trying on various pairs of sunglasses, and he was careful to always grab each pair before handing me another. He also kept the case closed and didn't really try to sell me anything. He was dismissive of my questions and seemed disinterested. It was almost like he thought I was going to steal something and thought I wasn't worth his time. Almost. I was specifically looking for Dita sunglasses. These are a bit harder to find than say a pair of Ray-Bans, and I had been looking forward to trying on various pairs. I will be buying directly from Dita instead.
