  I had a disappointing experience with a pair of sunglasses I purchased from a different Oliver Peoples store. After only two weeks, the frames had already needed to be tightened twice. When I asked about exchanging them, I was told there was only a 5-day return window, and customer service wasn’t willing to help. I decided to stop by my local Oliver Peoples store just to get a second opinion, and that’s when I met Meredith. From the moment I walked in, she genuinely cared about making things right. She happily helped me exchange the sunglasses and took the time to make sure I didn’t leave until I had the perfect pair. Meredith is exactly the kind of employee every luxury brand hopes will represent them. She turned what had been a frustrating experience into one that completely restored my confidence in Oliver Peoples. Because of the outstanding service she provided, I’ll absolutely be returning to this store to purchase my prescription glasses. Thank you, Meredith, for going above and beyond—you’ve earned a customer for life.

  I had an excellent experience at Oliver Peoples at River Oaks, and I want to specifically recognize Taylor for the outstanding service. I came in already knowing the exact frame and color I wanted, and Taylor respected that immediately, no pressure, no upselling, just focused and efficient support. At the same time, Taylor added real value by making sure the fit, sizing, and final details were right, which made a big difference. The process was smooth, professional, and handled with a high level of attention to detail. It’s clear Taylor knows what they’re doing and takes pride in delivering a great client experience. I highly recommend Oliver Peoples at River Oaks, and definitely ask for Taylor you’ll be in very good hands.

  This was my first time purchasing from this store, and I’m extremely impressed! The customer support is outstanding. I worked with Taylor, and she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took a lot of time to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this store!
