Prices seemed to be what the sales lady thought I would pay rather than a set price based on my needs. No demonstration of how to put them in and she fumbled around dozens of times doing set up, programming, taking the order like she didn’t know what she was doing. After about ten days I returned them today as trying to use the phone or talk on the phone was impossible, I just couldn’t hear even on maximum volume. Then the surprise that the shipping fee of $29.95 for the hearing aids that WERE IN STOCK was non refundable. It was worth the loss of $30 not to deal with them anymore. I’m sure the experience might be better at another office but I’ll never know.
