- BLBeth Leonardt3 days ago1.0I am beyond frustrated and completely disgusted with the incompetence I experienced at LensCrafters inside Macy’s at Memorial City. I clearly explained which contact lenses I wear and even provided the exact brand and prescription information. Somehow, they still issued the wrong prescription—including one for colored contacts that I specifically explained I cannot wear. After numerous calls and repeated requests to correct their mistake, they sent me two different prescriptions, and the prescription for my right eye was still wrong. How many times should a customer have to beg an eye-care professional to provide an accurate prescription? The lack of attention to detail, accountability, and basic customer service at this location is unacceptable. This was not one small mistake—it was mistake after mistake, with no one apparently capable of getting something this important right. I have wasted an unbelievable amount of time trying to correct a problem they created. I would never trust this location with my eye care again, and I strongly recommend that others go somewhere else.

Jennifer took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I was comfortable with my choices, and went above and beyond to make my experience easy and enjoyable. Her kindness and excellent customer service truly stood out. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about helping their customers. Jennifer is definitely an asset to the team, and I really appreciate all of her help. I highly recommend asking for Jennifer if you visit this location!
