I found this LensCrafters location close to my hotel. I was met by Mohagany, a very courteous and professional woman who offered to help. She replaced the pads while I waited. She paid close attention to ensure the small screwdriver and screws would not come on contact with the lenses and scratch them. Thank you for the awesome and timely service!
