He greeted me right away, let me know he would be with me shortly, and promptly assisted me after finishing with another customer. I came in needing my prescription lenses placed into a stubborn pair of replacement frames, and Bruce handled the situation with patience and expertise. He went above and beyond by also looking up my prescription and taking the time to educate me about different lens options I could consider in the future. Bruce was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely pleasant throughout the entire experience. His willingness to help and his positive attitude made what could have been a frustrating situation very easy and enjoyable. Thank you, Bruce, for the excellent service!
