  This Lenscrafters store in Memorial City stands out by far in terms of friendliness, willingness to help solve a problem & concern for what's best for the customer. I'm purchasing Rayban Meta AI glasses with prescription lenses. Dominique was so very friendly and helpful to us. She special ordered our glasses and solved our delivery problem. If you're in need of prescription glasses, meta glasses or sunglasses, I highly recommend visiting this store! You won't be disappointed.

  The service was great and everything was as smooth as can be. I was assisted by Dominique during my visit, whom was very helpful with the frames and thoroughly detailed in all regards from how each pair would fit to the warranty and what perks come with it. My old pair of glasses happened to break during the visit, I think that was divine timing because the lenses I required were available that same day, my glasses were ready in 30 minutes after finally picking a winner from the various contestants I picked. Shoutout again to Dominique for all her support during the process!
