  The eye exam was great, I am usually un-easy with eye exams, but the whole team from start to finish was nice and engaging. Answered all my questions as well and took the time to explain things to me in a way I could easily understand. The purchase of my new glasses was a great experience as well. I usually dread buying new glasses as I always feel rushed and pushed to add things to my lenses I may or may not need without clear explanations. Joy gave us space to decide what glasses I wanted without crowding us, at the same time she checked on us from time to time. She answered all my questions and explained things clearly, giving me clear concise answers which I appreciate. There was no up-sizing trying to sell me the best of the best everything and saved me money where she could on already expensive glasses I was purchasing. It was just a great experience and plan to go there when the time come.

  I went in to talk to them about my meta galsses(too high maintenance). Joy was a great help she tighten both pairs of my glasses and educated me on how to clean them. So glad she was available and she was soooooooo helpful!!! Thank you again because when I went to the galleria location I was told “no one tightens meta’s. Glad I won’t be returning to the galleria location. Love the Memorial city mall location and I’ll be back!!!

  Stopped in today and Dominique assisted me. She is awesome! She greeted me as soon as I walked in and helped me with a temple adjustment on my current frames. I've been dealing with the issue for months and within 5 minutes she had my frames fitting perfectly! She then assisted me with picking out my next pair of frames which I will need soon, and shared with me the current promotions. This was definitely a five star customer experience! I look forward to working with Dominique as soon as I get my new prescription! Cheers!
