  I been getting my prescription filled at Kroger on 43rd street for about 3 or 4 years, 5 stars never had a problem. This Kroger on 1960, for the last 6 months don't send my reminder, tells me it was denied by my doctor. Basically they been giving me the back and forth all the time. Today called my doctor in front of them was told it was approved for two more refills. She reset while I was on the phone. Was told to come back half hour. Now I seating here making a review after being told another 20 minute? Going have to get now these people.

  The staff here is amazing! Dr Tan and Moore were so nice and helpful. I called over the phone and usually pharmacies are really busy and the person on the phone could care less and just wants to get off the phone, but they searched all the Kroger's in my area, pulled up my profile and made sure I was able to get my prescription all with the most friendly attitude. Then when we arrive to get the prescription they were just as welcoming and make you feel like they care and enjoy helping others. 10/10 service. Highly recommend!

  I have been going to this particular pharmacy for years. I have seen some of them come and go. They always make sure to get to know their customers. I walk up and they call me by name. They have always been courteous. I will continue to go here, even when my new insurance is trying to force me to go to mail order. Kroger is where my money is at.
