  I have donated at a lot of centers in the area, I'm kind of a professional. This KED office is one of the best I've been to. When other places get really busy, they backup and everything seems to get slower. But this place seems to actually care that the waiting room is full, and they handle it quickly and professionally

  My experience began great the first day, I'm a new donor and didn't know anything about the process. I understand that some people are more difficult to draw plasma from due to the vein structure, but it got ridiculous. The only you lady that always hit gold and never failed when she stuck me was Amay, I don't know why. The others would try and I've gotten stuck multiple times on both arms to no avail. The last time the young black female was very disappointed for not finding a good vein and expressed it, she also said that she wasn't going to deferred me cause she didn't want to mess up my money and economic situation but that's exactly what happened, I was deferred, from what I heard on the floor the techs are unhappy and ready to transfer to other centers, perhaps that's why they aren't motivated and trying their best... Bummer for me. Anyways I'm just recently at a new center and things are going well.

  I just want to say that truly enjoy donating at this center. I’ve donated at many other centers but this one has been the overall and absolute best. The staff is friendly and they’re very obviously working to continue to improve as a team overall which I think is great. Customer service here is second nature. This center clearly invested time and money into training its team members to be the upmost professionals, and the most courteous group of phlebotomist I’ve ever encountered. Not to short cut the leadership team, they are amazing and extremely understanding. They keep safety at the forefront of all the things the do, cleanliness and efficiency. They also push for perfection which is incredibly warming to know that I’m always taken care of the right way. I’m glad to say that I’m a donor here at KED. Just to drop a few names, I’d like to say a special great job to ADREAN, MEEKA, MS PRECIOUS, HAILEY, SKYLAH, MS PRISCILLA, DEJA, and last but certainly not least RUBEN. GREAT JOB TEAM. Keep it up.
