  I would like to state that all the staff were so kind and helpful but Miss Keke was so patient kind and attentive when assisting me during this process! Thank you Keke and the staff great experience

  New donors get 100 the first 4 visits which is good but they have bonuses that they give everyone on there 2nd donation 15 plus there regular donation money on the 5 and 6th donation 20 bonus and on the 7th a 60 dollar bonus which is good too but having to wait days to get your bonuses is not good business why they don't program the 100 dollar bonuses the other bonuses wr receive during the same month should be automatically be given instead u get a partial payment and are directed to go to the front to pur your name on a list and whenever they get around to it u might and might not get the rest of your money but keep in mind they have all of your plasma in a jar the but not all your money is not good business if I do my part stay hydrated don't eat fatty foods before donations all of my money including my bonuses should be on my card soon after donation if I give my correct amount in plasma I want my correct money on my card no if ands or buts I guarantee the higher upside don't know what's going on and it's time to shine the light on this subject hopefully they get it straight they have a high turn over with staff and donors without the donors nobody would get paid treat the donors right and give us all our money no money equals no donations

  I have donated here twice and both times there has been drama in the center. I called. Phones are NEVER answered. Staff lie on do ors in front of them to get the deferred without payment. On top of these things they will not honor the military and first responder bonus which is admittedly mi or but I do t put up with lying and will not be coming back. I've spoken to 4 people about issue and the not honoring their bonus and gotten more lies.
