  We tried to give this place a chance. I have wonderful insurance and some stuff we paid out of pocket for and over the course of perhaps a 6 month period the service became worse each time. They are always all over the place, not on the same page. They dont ever know whats going on but when it comes to the money they seem to be money based only and not service based. They never return phone calls either. I pulled my entire family from this place after expressing my frustration with so much going on before I pulled out and even gave them another chance to make it right and show me different and still they failed. I had such high hopes for them.

  If you have insurance they charge you more! I went in for braces and she said because I have insurance they charge more LOL because somehow my insurance is “my discount” as if I don’t pay my insurance month to month. How does that even make sense??

  I had a wonderful experience at this dental office. Everyone was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Dr. Vinh was patient, addressed all of my concerns, and never made me feel rushed. I would definitely recommend this office to others.
