Houston Holistic Health Clinic truly changed my life. Last year, I was dealing with severe daily hives and inflammation triggered by almost everything I ate. It became so extreme that I was going to the hospital weekly and saw over 10 different specialists searching for answers. I was told I would likely need to be on steroids and medications long-term, but deep down I knew I wanted to explore a more holistic approach first.
Finding Dr. Gracie and Dr. Bobby completely changed everything for me. They truly listened, supported me every step of the way, and approached my healing with care, patience, and genuine compassion. They helped me focus on getting to the ROOT cause instead of just masking symptoms with medications.
A year later, I no longer deal with the daily hives or constant inflammation, and my life looks completely different in the best way possible. Beyond the physical healing, this journey also inspired positive lifestyle changes that have transformed my overall well-being. I am beyond grateful for Dr. Gracie and Dr. Bobby and everything they have done for me. Thank you both for giving me my quality of life back! Ive added some picture from before when I first came to them for help.

I had high hopes for Houston Holistic Health Clinic and invested several months in care (approximately April–September 2024), paying out of pocket through my HSA for services, testing, and recommended protocols.
Initially, I was very committed to the process. I completed the testing, followed the dietary recommendations, and adhered to the protocols provided. However, over time, significant concerns became clear.
One of the biggest issues was the lack of consistent follow-up and support. Given the cost and the nature of holistic care, I expected a more hands-on, guided experience with regular check-ins or ongoing monitoring. Instead, communication felt minimal and largely dependent on me reaching out.
More importantly, when my condition worsened and I experienced a severe flare, there did not appear to be a clear or effective plan in place to help manage it. Even leading up to that point, when I reported symptoms, the guidance provided was limited and not particularly actionable in terms of diet, lifestyle adjustments, or other meaningful interventions.
Another major concern was the approach to symptom management. Each time I brought up a new symptom, I was often advised to take another supplement for that specific issue. This began to feel very similar to the way traditional medicine can sometimes operate—addressing symptoms individually rather than investigating why they are happening in the first place. My expectation with holistic care was a deeper exploration of root causes—for example, understanding why certain symptoms were occurring and adjusting the overall approach accordingly. That level of investigation and guidance was missing from my experience.
Overall, while I appreciate the concept of holistic care, my experience here did not provide the level of support, depth, or responsiveness I expected—especially during more critical moments when care was most needed.
Based on my experience, I would encourage others to ask detailed questions upfront about follow-up, support during symptom flare-ups, and how care is managed beyond initial testing and protocols.

Highly recommend seeing Dr. Gracie and her son, Dr. Bobby! They are full of knowledge and genuinely want to help you get better. I had no idea all of my acne was related to problems with my gut. My skin has cleared up and I’m not experiencing constant symptoms anymore. I also learned I was very sensitive to dairy and have now cut it out completely, which has improved my overall health & even mood!

Dr. Gracie and Bobby are incredible. I have always suffered with horrible psoriasis and eczema without being able to find something that really works. They worked with me so closely and in just 6 months have made a MASSIVE change to how I feel and how my skin is. It has fully cleared and I have no dry/itchy patches anymore!! I am also pregnant during my treatments and they have worked with me to help monitor my pregnancy and make sure I am feeling healthy and that both baby and I are doing well. I can’t thank the both enough for everything they have done for me. My husband is next in line to go see them for himself, now that he has seen what they have been able to do for me!
