- COC O2 days ago1.0I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL here is why!! Honestly not happy with this company at all, they will not call to let you know that not a single person is coming. Then when you call them they give you the run around. Send untrained, incompetent workers out, ( not all some are absolutely amazing.) office wont fix this issue AT ALL we feel lied to we were upfront about the level of care out parent needed promised they had the workers for it, we’ve had more issues than help. I don’t recommend this company AT ALL
- NRN RZApr 16, 20265.0All the caregivers of this company were very kind very professional. They were CNA. Certified they treated the patient very nicely and kindly. The night nurses kept an eye on the patient and were alert and the minute they saw the patient needing help they would jump up and take care of them. They were all very clean. They took care of the cleanliness of the patient as they bathed him professionally and washed his sheets and clothes as necessary. I recommend this company highly..ms kelly who was the scheduler was very professional and helped me a lot. I depended on her to give me the days and times that I needed. I wish them an amazing future.
