  Such a great experience at Heights Eye Studio! Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish. Jajuan was so welcoming and helpful at the front desk, and Stacy, the optician, was wonderful to work with. I also had an excellent experience with Dr. Ermis. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and made the entire appointment feel easy and comfortable. Ordering and picking up my contact lenses was super convenient, and they have an excellent selection of both glasses and sunglasses. The office itself is clean, modern, and in a really convenient location. Highly recommend Heights Eye Studio!

  I went in as I have been suffering with a chronic eye issue for years. I have been to 5 other doctors and Dr. Ermie was the first one to take the time to explain exactly what and why this has been happening. She came up with a solution for not just the issue at hand but solving it for the future as well. The staff was friendly and the location was great. I highly recommend!

  I booked an appointment for an LPL session at the Heights location about a week before, only to be informed two days before my appointment that this location does not offer the service and that I would need to go to the EaDo location. I’m confused as to why the service is available to book on the website for the Heights location if it is not actually offered there. I’m also disappointed that I was not notified until two days before my appointment, especially after completing all the required paperwork and receiving appointment confirmation. I hope the booking system can be updated to prevent this from happening to other patients in the future. Front desk was very professional.
