Some body must do something, I do not know who is doing the price , but the customer protection now must be an option to call to come and check the prices and protect our right as a customers

- DGDr. G00gleFeb 28, 20261.0We order delivery. Drivers can't speak or read english. HEB asks us for special delivery instructions, which we provide, but the drivers can not read or speak english. So they show up, get confused, get lost, call us speaking spanish by default as if they expect us to know spanish, and they can't get here. They can't work it out. They can't read the instructions. They call us for help, but can't understand us. Its absolutely ridiculous. This is an ONGOING ISSUE WITH ALMOST EVERY DELIVERY. We have talked to HEB about it and it is poorly received. We always have to go out into the neighborhood, find these people, and use hand signals to guide them to our home.
