- VRVal RodriguezSep 12, 20261.0If I could give this pharmacy zero stars based on this experience, I would. My mother went to this pharmacy because she had been given the WRONG medication and needed to return it. Instead of being treated with concern, patience, or even basic courtesy, she was spoken to in an incredibly rude and condescending manner by an employee she believes was named Soraya, or something similar, with long hair. This employee actually scolded my mother and repeatedly questioned her about why she had not noticed the prescription was wrong while she was paying, using a belittling tone that made her feel as though the pharmacy’s mistake was somehow HER fault. That is absolutely unacceptable. My mother came home extremely upset after this interaction. She should never have been made to feel embarrassed, blamed, or talked down to for bringing attention to an incorrect prescription. Medication errors are serious, and a pharmacy employee’s response should be to help resolve the issue professionally — not lecture the customer. I am honestly outraged by the lack of professionalism and compassion shown to my mother. H-E-B should expect much better from employees working in a pharmacy setting, where customers are trusting staff with something as important as their health and medications. Management needs to address this behavior. No customer should leave a pharmacy feeling humiliated for trying to correct a prescription mistake.

She yelled at me when I rang the bell “I’m busy I was you , I’m taking an exam!”, she could have told me she was busy but she just ignored me. This is not the first time I’ve had an inconvenience with this very Rude Lady, her name is MARISELA. Should not be a way you treat a client!
