  I don’t understand why they call 10 minutes before they close to let me know my prescription is ready and then you call and the phone lines are busy… Seriously, so annoying.

  Me encanta venir a esta farmacia porque aparte de que te dan los medicamentos súper rápido, son súper amables hace poco fui por un medicamento para mi esposo para la diabetes, cuando me dijeron el precio no estaba bajo nuestro presupuesto, y cuando la cajera nos explicó ella no ablaba nuestro idioma, con mucha amabilidad nos preguntó si queríamos que nos explicaran en nuestro idioma? le dijimos si. Y vino otra persona llamada Mercedes intentó buscar ayuda de un cupón lo hizo y nosotros muy felices porque mi esposo pudo obtener su medicamento muchas gracias a farmacia HEB en 9828 Blackhawk 🙏🙏

  The pharmacist today was very rude...she would not refill my prescription even though I was willing to pay for it out of pocket. It wasnt even a narcotic. Im gonna report her to corporate

  I have been going to this location well over ten years. I've been very happy with my service over the years. Communication has been very clear, and they have even called a script in to another heb to ensure I didn't go without. I keep going here instead of mail order because of the reliable service I get here.

  We have tried big chain pharmacies closer to our house, and ultimately drive a bit farther to get great service. We recently called with an urgent need after back surgery. Initially, the pharmacist said it would be ready after 4. We explained our need and she made it all ready within an hour, plus shopped 2 items that we'd have had to go inside to get. I so wish we had the young lady's name to thank her directly. Her kindness sure made life a lot easier and will keep us making the drive. Thank you and keep up the great work!
