  I don’t understand why they call 10 minutes before they close to let me know my prescription is ready and then you call and the phone lines are busy… Seriously, so annoying.

  I have been going to this location well over ten years. I've been very happy with my service over the years. Communication has been very clear, and they have even called a script in to another heb to ensure I didn't go without. I keep going here instead of mail order because of the reliable service I get here.

  We have tried big chain pharmacies closer to our house, and ultimately drive a bit farther to get great service. We recently called with an urgent need after back surgery. Initially, the pharmacist said it would be ready after 4. We explained our need and she made it all ready within an hour, plus shopped 2 items that we'd have had to go inside to get. I so wish we had the young lady's name to thank her directly. Her kindness sure made life a lot easier and will keep us making the drive. Thank you and keep up the great work!

  The staff have been half and half, a few very rude repeatedly and a few consistently kind and caring. This part is scary: I do not appreciate that I’ve been “Red Flagged!” for “pharmacy shopping?” (which I still don’t really grasp their apparently very negative definition) when I absolutely Have been pharmacy shopping! Yes! Yes I am!?! I’ve used the app “GoodRx” for years and pricing on prescriptions continually varies from one to another and it seems random though typically Kroger and Heb the lower on price scale. What the hell is going on and what does this ”flag” mean? And why are they trying to scare me into using only 1 pharmacy?? Hopefully someone can shed some logical light here?
