- ADAdam DAug 18, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled at this pharmacy. My doctor originally prescribed one medication but later changed the prescription to a different medication. Unfortunately, the original medication remained in the pharmacy’s system, and that was the medication I was given. I did not realize the issue until I got home. I immediately returned to the pharmacy with the medication completely unopened and still in the sealed bag. I understand that there may be policies regarding prescription returns, but I expected some understanding and consideration given the circumstances. The medication was never opened or used, and the prescription had been changed by my doctor. I simply expected the pharmacy to recognize the situation and make an effort to resolve it fairly, including refunding the money. What disappointed me most was not the original mistake, but the lack of understanding and willingness to help afterward. When it comes to medication, patients should feel that their pharmacy is willing to work with them when something like this happens. Very disappointing customer service and an experience that has seriously affected my trust in this pharmacy.

- CFCasey ForbesJun 10, 20261.0Bakery informed me that a product that every HEB store carries on the daily is no longer selling them and are out at this location (LIE) all because she didn't want to deal with getting it out of the freezer. so after research i found the item is an everyday item at all stores. stupid to lie to a regular shopper that spends a lot of there hard earned money weekly! sad i have to drive out of my way now to get what they lied about, but will not see my money there anymore! no one likes liars!
