I've been with them for almost two years now and have never been happier. Why didn't I do this before? They are professional, precise, FRIENDLY - imagine that, and always take time to answer questions without making you feel like you've interrupted their day. Wait, are you the actual customer here? Yes, and they are happy to help. I've had more than one occasion when someone has called to make sure that I'm aware of either a potential consequence about to happen instead of, oops, it just happened and here's the problem. It's a consistent good atmosphere with the staff and pharmacist instead of dread and exhaustion. What an absolute pleasure to be a customer there.

I was reluctant because I had a pharmacy that I really liked. But, I was so pleasantly surprised at how quick, efficient and professional HEB pharmacy is.
