    Like most people I’ve been working with different pharmacies over the years. HEB Pharmacy is miles ahead of any other I’ve dealt with. They will find you discounts through various discount cards like GoodRX. The staff is highly professional and courteous. Funny to say this but one of the things I’ve really come to appreciate is that they pick up the phone when you call. Other pharmacies you call are similar to walking through a verbal maze with hold times and automated voice options that never end. Keep it up!! 10 stars.

    Honestly the only issue I’ve ever had is now a reoccurring one. I get it that there are back orders and manufacturing dilemmas that are out of their control, but a heads up would be a professional courtesy in my opinion. In stead they like to inform me the day I’m supposed to get a refill and am out of meds, leaving me with mo chance to find a solution. There are serious health risks involved and this is now the third time this has happened this year.
