    My workouts with Devon are absolutely refreshing, beneficial, energizing. She tailors each session to benefit my core strength and to accomplish my goals of strong bone health. I'm so committed to these sessions specially because of how Devon understands my needs, how she cares about preventing injuries, how she encourages me when it's needed and how she holds back when required.

    Before I came to the perfect workout my body ached all the time and it was hard to do any exercise. My body and joints no longer hurt and the shape of my body has changed so much I feel strong and healthy. The clear lake team is like family now and they will treat you like their family from the very beginning. Best decision I've ever made! You never think much can change in 20 min but you will be surprised I promise. Give it a chance.
