    I love TPW. I get a quick, but highly effective workout in 20 min, and in 4 short months I have a totally toned body, and I’m soon to be 60, I’m not a 20-something. I was as soft as room temperature butter when I started. It relieved a HOST of aches and pains also. As an RN I know that when your body is flabby the lax muscles cause movements to pull in odd ways on your body, causing stress on the muscles, ligaments, tendons, etc and leading to pains. Strong muscles lead to smooth, controlled movements and synergy in your body. I feel great! It feels good to feel good. I felt bad for too many years. I finally took time to take care of me so I can better help others. However, my time is very valuable to me and TPW gives me the exercise I need in a very compact time frame so I can do all I need to do and want to do!
