  We began working with Elder Advisory Group when our father first moved to Houston and absolutely recommend them to anyone we talk with. Over the years they have been there step-by-step with us as dad has progressed in his dementia and required more and more support. Kelly has been like an extension of our family, going to appointments with dad and constantly supporting both his clinical care providers and us with thorough (and thoughtful) communication and advice. As a physician living across the country from dad, having Kelly there to represent my (and the rest of the family's) concerns and wishes, and advocate for us, has been a godsend. The entire EAG team has been just great.

  Outstanding responsiveness and follow-up support getting a family member located to a quality, permanent care facility. A planning process unexpectedly became a crisis situation, and EAG mobilized to guide the process to an excellent outcome. Would not hesitate to use their excellent services again if needed.

  I wish I had found Janet Jackson 3 months ago when we first started trying to navigate how to best care for my father. She was extremely professional and I left our first 1.5 hour meeting with an Action Plan and a feeling of relief that I wouldn't have to figure this all out by myself. Thank you, Janet!

  As a long distance care-giver, the EAG team have literally been angels in managing my Dad's safety, security and health. My Dad (and I) are in exceptional hands....professional, caring and proactive. Team members actively seek out an understanding of clients' needs and family dynamics. THE BEST! Example.....as Storm Harvey bears down on Houston, I have received proactive communications regarding caregivers and emergency plans. For the first time in years, I am comfortable with his living situation.
