- MMMiaJul 31, 20265.0I love Jeanie’s classes! She has helped me with balance, stability, and passing into 2.0
- ADAngelica DiazJun 26, 20262.0Nobody ever answers the phone here EVER. Please fix this. It’s very very frustrating.
- KRKatie RatcliffAug 2, 20251.0I enjoyed my time when I took classes. However, I canceled my subscription because I was pregnant. I find out later that I had started being charged monthly fees again 5 months after I canceled. I called and texted the office multiple times to try and resolve the issue. I was told a manager would call me but that never happened. I tried communicating with them for two months, but I still never heard from the manager. I had to dispute it with my credit card company but didn't get my full money back.
- MOMoniq OliverFeb 26, 20231.0Their membership is a scam. Their classes are always waitlisted and you can never get into any of the classes. I was sold a membership told that I would get priority to the classes and not be waitlisted. The waitlist issue was never resolved. I tried to cancel my membership but management is not responsive or proactive. I am still being charged for a membership that I asked to be canceled and on top of that they will charge an additional $100 for terminating my membership. Instructors are great, its their tricky membership and waitlisted classes that are an issue.
