- BJBarb jenks1 day ago5.0I started going to the Atascocita Pilates the first of November last year. Everyone can do this, I’m 75 and really needed some place that makes me work. Since I’m retired I usually go 4 morning a week, so I have Mara, Theresa or Dinee. Do I do everything correct! No, but I try and they are the kindest trainers I’ve ever met. They fix my toes if I have them the wrong way! If you have a back issue or any issue tell them up front! They aren’t mind readers. I have a bad knee, they have pads for your knees. Sometimes I have to take a break! No questions asked. They have a great team working at the Atascocita Pilates. I’m working toward my 250 Pilates class. Barb Jenks
