The reception staff— Adriana & Nava —possess excellent customer service skills and provide information whenever necessary. Therese, Terri, and Christiana are phenomenal instructors; they are very friendly and offer excellent guidance throughout the entire workout session. They provide corrections whenever there is any misalignment and introduce new challenges at just the right moment.
