    LOVE Norma’s level 1 class. She takes things slowly, focusing on thorough explanations and form for a really deep, effective workout - yet she keeps things moving the whole time. She keeps the music low so it’s easy to hear her directions too. She has a very pleasant personality as well, very non judgmental and encouraging.
