Burleigh Health Center & Rehab provides auto injury care for patients who have been hurt in car accidents. We evaluate and treat common accident-related symptoms such as neck pain, back pain, headaches, stiffness, shoulder pain, and pain between the shoulder blades. After an accident, symptoms may appear right away or develop hours or days later. Getting checked early can help identify areas of injury, guide appropriate care, and create documentation of your symptoms and treatment. Auto injury care may include comprehensive evaluations, chiropractic care, soft tissue care, and therapeutic exercises to help support recovery and daily function. Some auto accident cases may require additional evaluation, imaging, or referral to other providers. When clinically appropriate, our office can coordinate care with imaging facilities and outside providers, including referrals for X-rays, MRI, CT, ultrasound, pain management, orthopedic evaluation, or other specialty care. Burleigh Health Center & Rehab may recommend lumbar supports for certain patients who need additional low back support during daily activities, work activities, driving, or recovery from a back injury. When appropriate, our office recommends and sells BaxMax lumbar supports. Recommendations are based on the patient’s condition, symptoms, activity level, and care plan. Burleigh Health Center & Rehab may recommend TheraBands or resistance bands for certain patients as part of a rehabilitation or home exercise program. When appropriate, resistance bands can be used to help with stretching, strengthening, mobility, posture support, and functional recovery. They are commonly used for neck, back, shoulder, hip, and extremity exercises depending on the patient’s condition and care plan. TheraBands are not a replacement for evaluation or treatment, but they may be helpful as part of a broader plan to restore movement, improve strength, and support daily function.
