Body By U Fit, LLC is a women’s strength training company based in Central Houston, training outdoors near Spotts Park, The Heights, and Montrose.
We are not a gym.
We are a coaching-first strength training program built specifically for women who are ready to stop starting over and start building real, lasting results.
For 17 years, Body By U Fit has helped women lose weight, build lean muscle, improve posture and core strength, strengthen glutes, and confidently navigate every stage of life — including menopause through our RenewStrong 40+ program.

Phil is a great coach. His workouts always varied to keep you from getting bored, he is good at motivation without being too pushy. Thanks to Phil, I am not afraid to lift heavy weights at the gym & his ladies small group training was a great place to make new friends with other ladies looking to get stronger. I had to discontinue training due to conflicting work travel, but would recommend.
