  Tried out BFT River Oaks while I was in town and loved it! The coaches (Jon and Reason that night) gave great cues to make sure we weren’t getting injured and that we were hitting the right muscles and were extremely encouraging and fun. The facility is nice and kept up really well. I love BFT programming and the community you build going to group personal training is the best!

  Awesome workout that delivers real results. They build smart programs so you engage different muscle groups in different ways so you never plateau. Numerous coaches per class so you actually get help with your form. Plus, it's very community oriented!
