- SHShayla HockDec 8, 20245.0I absolutely fell in love with this heb. I went to pick up a prescription for my daughter and had the most helpful employee named Carla. She was so up beat and had no issue answering all my questions. She even offered to check my blood pressure, glucose and a1c for free. Despite being a smaller heb she made sure my experience was above expectations!
- COCourtney OvertonOct 30, 20201.0If I could give 0 stars I would. Not helpful, still waiting 3 hours for a prescription to get filled. All rude staff except one lady. I was told the pharmacy tech was too busy giving flu shots to call my doctor after 3 hours of waiting. Terrible customer service.
