  Great customer service and a wide variety of choices makes it easy to give the Highland Village TX store 5 stars! They even helped submit my insurance claim. Combine this with reasonable prices and it's perfect!

  Glasses are great and affordable! Associate came and assessed my son's face and took him straight to frames that worked for him. She suggested different looks based on his feedback and put him in a great pair of glasses. Quick and easy!

  Erica was so friendly and so helpful through the whole process! Dr. Sajid was so friendly and helpful, too! It was a wonderful experience and I saved money! They have such a great selection of frames and Erica was so patient and helpful in my search for the best ones for me. I have already recommended Warby Parker to my friends and family!

  I am so thankful for the Highland Village location. We have been going to Southlake and then had a stellar experience at their Warby Parker, but this is right around the corner from our house. They went above and beyond to teach on contact lens application and health I was really impressed with not just the customer service but the patient care. I think you have to have both to have a great experience in the healthcare realm. Eric and the optometrist were patient, kind and great educators.
