  Warby Parker delivered an exceptional experience. The staff were friendly and attentive from the moment I walked in. The showroom is bright, modern, and well-organized, making it easy to browse their wide selection of frames. What impressed me most was the efficiency — the entire process took only 15 minutes. Highly recommend this location; it’s a 10/10 for service, atmosphere, and convenience.

  Dr. Sajid is a wonderful doctor. I have been going to the same optometrist for 20+ years. I was hesitant to try someone new, however took a leap of faith and saw Dr. Sajid. She was kind, helpful and answered all my questions. If you are looking for an optometrist you should look no further than Dr. Sajid!

  The two staff members were friendly and helpful, and they made a good team working with me and my husband, without being pushy about sales. I went in with my husband so he could replace his current WP frames. I've shopped with WP a few times in recent years, but never had luck finding "my" pair of shades. I have an extra wide nose bridge that makes finding stylish glasses so difficult I always leave feeling like freak...haha. But this time I had a plan. I was going to go into Sunglasses Hut while he was at Warby, so I could buy my tried and true (but pricey) favorite "Maui Jims". I hung with hubby for a few so I could help be his stylist...and I purposely avoided looking at the glass options myself so I wouldn't get into the feeling of finding the best frames only to be disappointed when they didn't fit me. I held out for 10 minutes or so, but then one frame caught my eye. I did it...tried it on...and lo and behold it fit! AND, my husband also liked them! So now I have my first pair of sunglasses in 4 years...and I'm looking forward to no more squinting in the bright TX sun! He found a great pair AND we picked out a third pair we weren't planning on.
